(zoonoses, data surveillance, collaboration strategy) with qualified & experienced professionals of Veterinary, medical, environmental sciences and entrepreneurship.

Research for improving the productivity, health, and sustainability of livestock farming. Research is conducted to enhance growth rate, disease resistance, and reproductive performance, developing balanced feed formulations and exploring alternative, sustainable feed sources.
We develop need-based IEC materials for livestock (Goatery, backyard poultry, Piggery, and dairy animals) and gender-based training modules and contents. We have expertise to develop need-based training content, modules, SOPs, policy, project proposals.
We are developing scientific and profitable livestock and poultry business models, feed formulations, fodder enterprise development like hydroponics, TMR silage, and guidelines for cost-benefit analysis of enterprises.
We develop strategies and new innovative paths for strengthening value chain systems, supply chain, and market-driven approaches for small ruminants goatery, backyard poultry, piggery, sheep and other livestock. We are working on designing to strengthen the vaccine supply chain, and value addition in products as well as byproducts.
Identifying critical gaps in community participation, developing communication strategies, training and education on behavior change, conflict resolution, and crisis communication. Designing strategies, processes, modules, and need-based content for gender-based and user specific approach to mitigate the critical gaps.
Livestock is also a major source of greenhouse gases (35%), especially methane. We are supporting to project for reducing greenhouse gases from animals and their waste. We are providing service on improved feeding (ration balancing, total mixed ration) manure management (biogas), and pasture and grazing management.
We believe in anti-microbial resistance and one health problem. We have a great platform and have senior experts for enriching the ethno- Veterinary practices in livestock. Ethno Veterinary Medicine has the potential to address the indiscriminate use of antibiotics and enhance the productivity of animals without affecting their health.
